THE ORGANIZATION: WorldVenture
WorldVenture is a community of more than 500 missionaries working in more than 60 countries around the globe. In Japan WorldVenture partners with the Japan Baptist fellowship to build reproducing church communities by the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ. I work specifically with the Innovative Ministries Team involved in developing new methods and programs to reach Japan with the gospel.

In Japan you are either part of an in crowd or outside of it… to be outside of a group virtually closes all chances of being an influence for the gospel in a Japanese persons life. We have found it very effective in ministry to develop gospel centered communities that bring Christians and non-Christians together.
